Q:hey guys , been using your parts for years, beautiful stuff ! Question on these , so they just bolt up where the factory shocks usually mount under the bike ? If so , do you guys feel the swingarm factory mount is strong enough, as its going rigid with more stress ? Would it be a good idea to beef that mount up before installing in your opinion ?And lastly how long are these struts so o can check out the ride height .
Thanks so much
Al

A:here is what they guy who makes those has to say about your questions
The struts lengths match the front swingarm curve to the rear frame curve. Line those two pieces up to check the height. The aluminum bumpers mount at the top replacing the rubbers. This really locks in the swingarm.
The overall length is 12 1/4 inches and eye to eye they are 11 1/4
