The threads were a little rough and I had to oil them and work it back and forth a bit to get it installed OK, but the price is good and otherwise the quality is solid.

The old piece that was in the oil tank when I was given my bike had a huge rip in the screen and was extremely dirty. When the replacement showed up I wasn’t sure I had purchased the right piece, but as I compared the two pieces they were virtually identical. I’m very pleased with the new component.

Perfect fit
I have an unknown octagon oil tank on my 70 TR6 chopper project. It was missing this part, I bought it figuring if it didnt work I could return it witout any problem. Turns out it fit perfect and I can keep moving on with the bike, and hopefully ride it before end of summer. Ive bought alot of parts from Lowbrow between 2 Triumph Chops and 2 Sportsters and these guys are top notch.
