Replaced a Coker 5-16 with this Bates Baja tire on the rear, the Coker was too slippery in the slightest fine gravel. I take my bike thru the Twisted Sisters frequently and wanted a grippier tire as there is always possibility of some areas of fine caliche or gravel and have nearly bought it a few times. Totally satisfied with the performance.

I ordered these tires three days ago... they showed up this morning! No issues with the packaging, shipping or ordering process... My FLHS Shovelhead is still on the stand... thought I might be waiting on these tires to finish up my mild street build.... Guess I though wrong!!! thanks for your efficient customer service!!! Ther Shovel was scheduled for the new sneakers next week or the week after.... I was hoping to be test riding them around Mid August..... hopefully your prompt shipping will bump the completion of this build up two weeks!!! Damn good Job to all you LowBrow Minions!!!!

Needed a tire to ride the shoulders of highway if need be ;) and grip for random rain falls here in Miami Beach . Ride great even at higher speeds.

Great tire nice tread, few miles of break in and it grips right. Catches great pulled from wheel off the ground no problem. You'll notice it slightly on highway when banking, but you know choppers my dude. I'd buy another one that's for sure.
