Fits loosely in the stock Harley throttle clamp (part no.’s starts with 56392 to 56395), but that’s not really an issue once the tube is on the handlebar. I’d recommend using a dab of anti-sieze on the bar and then again inside the throttle housing for smoother function since there is a little slip. Overall a great upgrade to any throttle. Lasts forever.

Fits on my bars and into the stock throttle housing no problem. Don't know what the other dude was doing but this throttle tube holds onto my grips really well.
Biltwell Whiskey Throttle 1 Inch
This throttle tube is pretty simple to install, it took me about 20 minutes. The feel of the metal compared to the stock plastic tube is immediately noticeable! And it makes installing new rubber grips a lot easier. I bought one for my 04 Sporty and liked it so much I bought another for my other bike! Highly recommended by me!

While O do like Biltwell stuff...
I have no earthly idea why these things are knurled.,because I can't get a grip to stay on it without eventually slipping down, if my life depended on it. The hairspray trick didn't work, 3M spray gave up, ****, I even used the adhesive sheet that came with some Avon grips that I ordered. I don't want to use a permanent glue but it looks like I don't have a choice. BTW, a little alcohol on the clutch side (smooth chrome bar end) and a day to dry and it's never moved! Biltwell, make some smooth ones!
