I opted to use the Cycle Electric Generator on my '65 Electra Glide, even though it's not technically the correct part. But, I ride my bike, not show it, so I wanted a generator that has a reputation for being well built (in the USA) and reliable. Just put it on my '51 Pan, you're gonna want to make sure you got a new gasket if you need one. Take off the nut and gear off and stuff off your old genny, put it on this one, new gasket, wire up regulator, and you are good to go.
