87 FXRS -Carb Changeover
Lowbrow hooked me up with the right carb support Brkt for my switch over to Kiehn CV Carb ,from the old Kiehn Butterfly. I didn't want to change the S and S flanged intake because it was just done with new gaskets and flanges and set nice. So lowbrow also hooked me up with Billet ****** carb adapter.Everything worked great. I would recommend the Gasbox part #3859 carb support brkt to anyone looking to mount a Harley Kiehn CV Carb on an earlier evo like my 87 . It's hard to find anything out when you want to convert over, but this combo worked great and looks good . Shot some good photos of the change over. All I needed was 2 spacers to mount Gasbox Brk t to my heads. It was easy! Bought 2 heavy bushings 7/8 OD by 7/16 ID inch and a half long . Cut them to fit with cut off wheel. Bolted up tight.

No vacuum leaks. Mounting holes suitable for top breather but use some large washers and bottom breather engines will accept this bracket as mine did...works perfectly.
