Bad Quality Control

I installed this housing on my bike, worked for weeks chasing an oil leak. I tightened the fittings and hose clamps as tight as I dared, even tried three different brands of filters. Finally realized oil filer sealing surface is warped. putting stock filter housing back on. Thanks guys.

This looks cool on my chopper I built but leaks I’ve used 2 different brand filters both of which were part numbers lowbrow customs said to use and it still leaks . It’s a old ironhead so some oil leaking don’t bother me to much but it’s a brand new part and shouldn’t leak.

Tried other remote oil filters, this was by far the best.

I tried using some v twin junk and couple other remote oil filters, but ended up ordering this one last minute and it worked slick. Ran it 500 miles with zero issues. Wish I could say that for the entire bike.
