The Podtronics regulator / rectifier replaces the troublesome Lucas rectifier and zener diode on British motorcycles such as Triumph, BSA and Norton. Gives you hassle-free operation, a very nice (and I consider necessary) upgrade to your electrical system. The Podtronics unit can be wired as either positive or negative ground, and can be used on 12v systems, or to convert an older 6v alternator to 12v. This will not work on a 6v generator system as they output DC volts. It has four wires, positive and negative (red and black), and two yellow wires that go to your stator wires. It is a simple install and full directions are included with each unit. If you are looking for an easy way to mount your regulator on a 1963 - 1970 Triumph motorcycle, the Lowbrow Customs
Regulator Mounting Bracket is a very clean and simple solution.
This includes high quality Triumph parts as well as the mounting hardware!
