There is no reason for the tiny bolts with insufficient engagement. For $80 it should have at least come with the tiny allen wrench and stainless steel nuts and washers. Also the studs are too long and may contact the tire when bottomed. Very poor deign. Also a 4x7 plate requires much trimming.

It's a quality piece that gives a super clean look being so low and curved to the fender. Keep in mind that your tag must be trimmed down to fit inside it, at least the Florida tags do. Not a deal breaker for me, but that's 1/3 star off. The other 1/3 star off is due to it's design of being so laid down the OEM tag light on top of your tail light will not illuminate the plate. Again not a big deal for me as I have constructed a small light deflector. Last of the fraction off is that if you swap your tag you'll have to completely remove the assembly because the top frame bolts through the backside of the unit. Just putting these quirks out there for those who are interested.
