Baffles saved me ears and big bucks.
I bought a pre-owned cruiser bike at a great price. I knew when I bought it that the insane after market pipes were going to have to be returned to stock. In trying to find a cheaper solution, I came across these baffles. They fit tightly in front of "mufflers" in the header pipes. Problem solved. Still not as peaceful as stock, but it is acceptable now.
