Just took this bag on a 3000+ mile round trip amd it was pretty damn good. Held up well, tightened down easily to my sissy bar, held a lot of stuff, tool pouch is convenient. Straps held tight. As others said, would be cool to have a couple external pouches and the strap could use some work. But overall a nice convenient bag to throw your gear in.

The bag is great very well made only a few issues the bag was missing the pull away tool pouch and today a buckle broke when packing the bike. I contacted lowbrow about the pouch and got a email in response saying when they hear from vender they will follow up with me. After a week of not hearing back I contacted biltwell directly they resolved the issue same day and missing item and replacement Buckle is in mail. If I had done this first I would have had bag fixed and tools loaded for my trip. The bag and biltwell 5 stars communication with lowbrow 3 stars

I always seem to overpack and overthink every situation. This bag allows me to pack plenty of tools and parts, and still have room left over for clothes. Stays firmly planted on the bike and keeps its shape really well. The orange liner is a nice touch to help you find stuff in the bottom of the bag. Really well thought out product

Been looking at buying this bag for a LONG time. I waited 6-7 months to find it on sale. Lowbrow had a biltwell sale around Black Friday (2020) so I pulled the trigger. Couldn’t be happier. It’ll work great on my 2020 softail or my my ratty Harley chopper, both with ease. It’s biltwell so it’s a bit pricey but the construction is SOLID. Great quality. Only thing I’d change is I’d rather see it have been made in the USA (or Canada or Europe... somewhere that treats workers well... somewhere other than China) otherwise it’s a 10/10 solid piece of kit.

I was worried that my backrest would be too low but it stayed secure on my trip. fit all my gear with plenty of room. Only complaint is the pad being a little high for a rigid and the hinge is a little stiff but overall it’s great.

This thing is well built, has a nice large capacity, and quickly & easily attaches to my sissy bar (gasbox bolt on). The padding makes for a nice backrest when the bag is mostly full. If you're only looking to transport a small amount of items, then this bag is probably too big. I haven't tried to fit 80 beers in it ...... yet.
