1974 Harley-Davidson SuperGlide In The Family Since 1974
This bike has been in the family since 1974. My Uncle Steve bought this Harley-Davidson brand new in 1974. I still have the original sales receipt for it. In the early 1990’s the bike was hit by a car, after which it was rebuilt. The result of this rebuild was featured in the magazine Thunder Alley.
Uncle Steve passed away 5/8/14 and the bike was bought by my father from the estate. We then went to work updating the bike. My father and I have been tinkering on it here and there the past 3-4 years. We still have a few more things we want to clean up on it but like you know... they are never completely done!
