The amount of packages being shipped these days is double the volume of a couple of years ago. Adding the holidays into the mix means shipping delays and the potential for lost packages when choosing the lowest cost options.
FedEx offers the best options for tracking and receiving your packages in a timely fashion (though even they are bound to have some delays). Having Shipping Insurance on your order is inexpensive and a great way to protect your order while it is in transit between Lowbrow Customs and you!
