Honestly, I've been through several gas caps trying to find one that actually fits well, looks good, IS VENTED, but still serves as a beautiful product to display...and this one fits the bill to a tee! It's just polished enough to be bright-work but also not so much that it gets lost with every other chrome doo-dad we put on these bikes. I really the almost unfinished look of it, kinda reminds you of an old 60's muscle car look to it. So far, top marks, guys.

I love my cap.

This was the second one I bought because the old one rattled after a few years. Putting a large O-ring under it helped but was inconvenient. I figured I could make the old one fit the decorative cap on my Low Rider. When I disassembled it, I realized a press fit retaining ring held the guts in. I supposed I could have pushed the ring in farther and stopped the rattle. The old cap is now my new decorative cap and it looks pretty damn spiffy. Thanks Lowbrow.

This gas cap decorates my bike in such a way that another level has been reached. The appearance of my machine should reflect general value and my personal claim to life. With this gas cap, I have come a step closer to my goal. Nevertheless, I still expect a lot from the suppliers for my XL 1200 custom from 2003. In this Context lowbrow, hit the mark. Better quality than stock

Not only does this cap look great, it's higher quality than hollow stock cap I had on my sporty and makes a great seal as expected. The cap can also be spun upright after it is tightened so you won't have crooked text.
