I tried many different headlights for my build and this one takes the cake. I love these small headlights and totally gave me the look I needed. This light comes highly recommended for your next chopper build. I've been running it for a week in Florida heat and rain. The throw and brightness are excellent.
Awesome Lil Headlight
Great little headlight. Solid construction. Looks sick. If you're going to drill out your sportster's lower tree to mount this light: The bolt/stud size is 24mm and the diameter is 10mm. The OD on the washers is 20mm. You will need a 3/4" flat-bottom countersink from Amazon (linked below). Throw the nut and washers in the trash. Get a nylon locknut (or a better locknut) from Ace, and mount it up. The 3/4" flat bottom countersink will give you just enough room to fit a socket over the bolt, and a flat bottom to tighten it into. The stud/bolt isn't long enough to fit a lock washer without removing more alum from the tree than I'd be comfortable with. Fab at your own risk. I'm not saying this is structurally safe. High beam indicator light but no high beam
Headlight has a high beam indicator light mounted on the backside of the headlight case. This bulb has no high beam? I’ve never seen a low beam indicator light but this headlight has a wire for it. If you can’t tell if your headlight is on, there’s a tiny blue light that notifies you.
