How To Return An Item To Lowbrow Customs
We offer simplistic returns/refunds, no swaps or exchanges. You are able to place an order for the correct item/size at your convenience.
Returns can be made within 90 days of purchase date. We offer a full refund (excluding shipping) within the first 30 days. At 31-90 days from purchase we offer a store credit.
Please do not send this item back if it has been installed or is not in brand new, sellable condition. If the returned item is not in new condition then we will not accept the return, as we cannot add it back to our shelves for sale.
If you are purchasing a return label from us (via the Returns process at the link below), you are getting our negotiated shipping rates. These rates are typically way cheaper than anywhere else. Or, you can choose to supply your own label (taking the package to FedEx, UPS, USPS etc). It’s your choice!
To start your return you just need the Order Number and the shipping zip code. Once you have that CLICK HERE TO START YOUR RETURN.
- Package item to be returned inside another box, the same way it was shipped to you
- Include anything it came with (instructions, packaging material etc.)
- Within 14 days of initiating your return please ship it to: Lowbrow Customs, 2873 Interstate Parkway, Brunswick, Ohio 44212
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and Lowbrow is not responsible for shipments lost in transit, or damaged on their way back to us!
- We will review and process your return, which we do on a weekly basis.
- Refund - to the original payment method used when the order was placed.
- Store Credit - if you're receiving Store Credit, It will arrive in the form of a gift card emailed to the email address used on the order.
Items That Cannot Be Returned: There are no returns on carburetors, electrical items, full frames, hardtails or made-to-order items (such as magnetos) unless there is a manufacturer’s defect.
Regarding CLOSEOUT Items: There are no returns on any discontinued items. These are flagged as CLOSEOUTS. This appears as a red CLOSEOUT icon on the product image.
Regarding Shop Pay Installments: If the returned product was purchased using the Shop Pay Installments payment method, the scheduled Affirm payments will continue until the item is received at Lowbrow Customs and the return fully processed. At that time, you will receive a full refund for the amount paid so far for the returned product.
