Cv idle screw

I knew it wouldn’t fit the ss carb but cut the threads off and welded the original screw in its place. With the teardrop air filter the breather hose is in the way of the idle screw.

Cv carb long idle screw

Haven't had a chance too install it. But I have a similar one on my 01 Buell M2 cyclone and I love it!!!! IF YOU HAVE A CV CARB YOU NEED THIS UNIT PERIOD!! It makes idle adjustment easy,... The only difference between the 2 is yours has a metal head on it . buells have a plastic head and it won't scratch paint or chrome.

What a time saver, no more taking a knee and using a flashlight and long screwdriver in the gap between the bottom of the tank ,and top of the air filter . Looks good too.

Quality is good. Works as it should.

Worked perfect, only thing I would wish for is a piece of clear plastic to stick to the bottom of the tank to keep the knurled handle from scratching the tank. Aside from that it’s perfect!
