If you do not use these brackets on the exhaust pipes you run the risk of ruining the threads on the exhaust spigots at the head due to the inherent vibration from running a Triumph!!. they being chrome helps with the bling also.

I'm not sure if this is my own fault, but I didn't see that this was made for a specific size bike. I have a Daytona T100 and it didn't come close to fitting. The guys at Lowbrow are great and I easily returned it with no hassle. Looks nice and good quality- just not for my bike. I'm guessing it's for a 650.
