Should have bought one of these years ago! Installation was so easy almost took it back apart to make sure I did it right. Clears the original foot clutch, looks great, easy to wire. I'll let you know how it works when I finish this rebuild and get it running.

CE Voltage Regulator for Pan Project.
Needed a CE540L Voltage Regulator (VR) to mate up with the CE 65A generator on my pan project. '63 pan, in a '52-53 wishbone style Frame, With foot clutch. Installation went ok with the exception that I did not have a narrow enough 3/8 socket to fit the fastener recess. Found an old cheep Japanese socket that I turned down to 0.625 which allowed me to seat the new VR end bell. Back in the bike there is a good 1" clearance between the VR & the foot clutch bracket. This saved me the hassle of installing a chassis mounded regulator and the associated wiring. Found a competitive deal @ Lowbrow. Thx. Dennis.
