I received the pressure plate in the afternoon on a Friday. It wasn't drilled and tapped straight, had 0.040 runout. Called and left a message, it was getting late so I expected everyone to be gone for the weekend. By the time I woke up Monday morning I had message saying a new one will be on the way, received it in a couple of days and it'll do just fine! That's what I call service! Thank you. Kevin

I've installed, but not yet used it (still addressing another issue, but seems to be a solid product. Laid it on a quartz slab to check for straightness and it appears FAR better than my old stock one. Time will tell.
