I purchased this because I was using the Cycle Standard petcocks prior to buying this, and I had to shave off the "EL" of "FUEL" on the petcock for clearance. And then operate it with a needle nose pliers. With this style, it is now a tool less operation, and much easier to use. Also, it just looks great!

Solid, heavy duty petcock. The lever moves nicely between the positions with a positive click feel so you know it’s on or off. Also, the description does not say so, but it has a reserve position as well. Mine is installed at the lowest possible point of my tank, so the reserve function is almost non existent. Only issue I had was once it started cooling off the evening I installed it, fuel began to weep from the threads/mounting nut. I drained the fuel that night and reinstalled it the next day without the filter and no more leaks. I have an in-line fuel filter, so no biggie. Still love it.

Well made product, scratch ez had to be careful with the wrench. Need thread sealer the rubber gasket didn't work so good but no big deal, I would buy another one.
