As always with Lowbrow the ordering process is super easy, they get the stuff loaded and shipped quickly (and the right stuff)... then the carrier companies get involved and create tension between loyal customer and loved supplier.....They make you think it will be there quickly by providing an estimated date, which is a complete lie.... Then they lose the items for at least two days during the process, I assume it is sitting in the one truck of the poor truck driver the warehouse ******** dont like during this process.... As the consumer waiting for your part you hit the tracking, provided by Lowbrow only to show no expected delivery date........... and then one day its just there... boxed with care and packaged with love. A kick *** sticker joins it which helps you forget about how late it is... you rush it to your bike and install it. DAMN it looks good!!!! Thanks Lowbrow!
