This is definitely not direct bolt on. It needs cleaned up quite a bit before paint and all the side holes for mounting and to attach your turn signals were all unaligned and required me to drill the mounting holes out which is very disappointing. On top of that, the fender was too wide and made it very difficult to mount and ended up scraping up the paint. If you’re experienced building bikes might not be a problem but this is my first build and I don’t have the best fabricating tools so I had to get creative. I would recommend buying a used fender and repainting that.

Fender is well made. Obviously it needs a little finishing to clean up all the machining marks. Only gripe I have is it's not a direct bolt on, at least for a 2003. The front center mounting hole is a little to far forward and I had to extend the hole to the rear to be able to get the bolt hole to line up. That's with the main strut mounts bolted on too so it's not like its installed improperly. I will attach pictures. Other than that it's a good fender.
