Worked well for me, a little tricky at first when using on the clutch cable because of the large end of the cable, all in all did the job. Wish instructions came with it… but I figured it out.

The theory behind it is ok. But actuality is not for one size fits all. From what I have used so far, I did one cable, on bike, you need 3 hands. I will remove the cable completely from the bike for the second cable and try using the bench and vise. This may free up that third hand. Problem is the straw keeps coming out of the can using two hands.. I use one hand trying to hold the device and a rag over the top of the device, cause it sprays out the top where the cable is coming out. It seals around the cable housing good but not the top of the device where the cable comes out. The other hand is holding the spray can.

These work .... but be sure to warp a rag around the luber . No matter what you do lube squirts out both ends so you lose pressure and it takes awhile for the oil to pass through the cable creating a bigger mess .
