Leaked, view photo. Make sure you pressure test

I got a defective tank. Welds on bottom held. It was the middle that wasn’t fully penetrated. When I received it I could see there was a grinded down weld mark, but thought it was good. Turned out it wasn’t. A small line about 1/4“ in size I found leaking from. My fault for assuming they’d send out high quality 100% of the time, but they do put that disclaimer at the bottom, so returns can’t be done if you find the leak after painted, or do t do the test yourself. It’s crazy how this didn’t seep through during their initial test. Is what it is.

Tank is fairly nice but the bottom edge is finished pretty poorly I emailed about an exchange or something but no answer, other then that everything was great.

Ordered this tank in the uk and it only took four days to arrive.. well pleased with it.. As described and to a high quality.. it will look good when the bike is finished.. Bought the pop up petrol cap and stainless petrol tap on the same order all quality parts , The combination will look smart on the finished project.. Thank you ..No pictures as bike is still an ongoing project...
