Longest part of the job was stripping out the factory harness. Started around ten in the morning, had the old harness out and the new one installed in a couple hours and the one question I had was answered by Lowbrow almost instantly. Bike fired right up!

Hands down the best customer service I’ve experienced from a motorcycle gear distributor. I mean the other guys are always good and responsive, but Tony (with you guys) was above and beyond. Aside from being well informed and extremely professional, Tony went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. In trying to get a wiring kit for my sporty chop, I learned that it was already sold out. Tony took my information and then called me back when they were back in stock. He had one ready to go for me and also made sure that the discount I had mentioned on the first call was all in order. Didn’t make it seem like he was put off by doing anything extra, was very courteous, and had a great attitude. If Tony is a typical example of Lowbrow’s customers service model- well done guys.... if he is just an employee that does a great job, then you guys should give him a raise. Seriously though, a lot of people working over the phone carry a certain attitude, Tony wasn’t ‘that guy’ and definitely does a great job
