Purchased this tool to static time my 1964 Triumph TR6SS lead sled,38 degrees btdc. Enables me to achieve tdc perfectly, then easily back the motor to 38 degrees btdc. Fires right up and then dynamic time for perfect advance timing.

United StatesThe tool fits very well on the crankshaft, Though it is not as strong as I had hoped.
I have a seized piston And when turning on the crankshaft with the tool the fingers ended up bending and coming out of the grooves of the crankshaft. I bent them back into place and 2 of the fingers broke.
